Restaurant

Everything is well-thought and researched, from the ingredients to the furniture and space. A house that is a restaurant, a vegetable garden, an olive grove, a wine cellar. An authentic village where you can get lost just to find the comfort of a family.

It was born from the ambitious ideas and great passion of patron Roberto. Today it is entirely run by the Ceraudo family, which seeks to carry on the culture of hospitality and good, healthy food, making the most of the products of its farm.

Waste-free, ethical and sustainable cooking

Caterina works with many producers and a short supply chain to make each dish tell an important story, giving space to manufacturers that, like Dattilo, have a great respect for raw materials and a focus on organic farming, in order to control every step of the preparation and, above all, to offer excellence to its guests.

In our menus we always seek to employ seasonal products, from our organically grown fruits and vegetables to local livestock and fish.
